Where is William Bexon ?

We have a a photograph of William Bexon (see the War Memorial article) working on a building but we have no idea where it is. Bexon family history says it is Diseworth Chapel, but it clearly is neither the Lady Gate nor the Hall Gate Chapel. Can you identify the building ?
